1. Purpose and Acceptance

By accessing the website or contracting Websites Algarve’s services, the Client/User fully agrees to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, please immediately discontinue use of the platform.

2. Services and Deliverables

Websites Algarve provides specialized services in:

• Web Design and Development (Websites, Online Stores, Landing Pages).
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Managed Hosting and Technical Maintenance.
• Each project is governed by a specific Commercial Proposal, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.

3. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, source code, logos) is the exclusive property of Websites Algarve or third parties who authorized its use, and is protected under Copyright Law. Reproduction without prior permission is prohibited.

4. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to provide accurate information and not use the services for unlawful purposes. Websites Algarve reserves the right to suspend services if abusive or illegal use is detected.

5. Limitation of Liability

Websites Algarve makes every effort to ensure continuous service availability but cannot be held liable for third-party failures (e.g., global servers, internet outages) or force majeure events.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese Law. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Faro, with express waiver of any other.
